Kids ROC Worship

Kids have their own worship group at Avent Ferry United Methodist Church! KIDS ROC Worship is geared toward preschool through 8th grade children, with opportunities for high school volunteers. Feel free to drop your children and youth off with us for fun music, an interactive lesson, a mission-focused activity, and a light snack.

We are blessed to have energetic educators at Avent Ferry UMC to plan and lead this new kids program. Dominique Taylor, is a kindergarten teacher with an exercise science background. Joe Brantley is an experienced youth worship leader and a fifth grade teacher. Jess Anastes is a parent and the worship co-chair.

What: KIDS ROC Worship (Kids in Divine Service Reaching Our Community)

When: Sundays 11am-Noon

Where: ‘Hooked’ Classroom (the youth room in the Education building, nextdoor to the Sanctuary)

Who: Preschoolers through 8th graders
