Welcoming Afghan Refugees in Raleigh

Avent Ferry UMC will be partnering with the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) located here in Raleigh, NC . The USCRI works to support the resettlement of refugees into the Raleigh community with a goal to ensure their transition is accomplished with dignity. Over the next 18 months USCRI are expecting over 400+ refugees to resettle here in Raleigh!

We are collecting donations to furnish an apartment for a family with 6-8 family members.
