The Pastor’s Pen!! New Year ![]() As we enter this new year we often look forward to what we are going to do that’s new. We make plans, resolutions, and even talk to people about it. This is good for us, but we don’t need the new year to start fresh. Every day is a new start we just need to see it. Our view has to shift from that of a long view to taking it a day at a time, or even an hour at a time. It should not be about a grand plan that is going to overwhelm us, but a lifestyle that will be fulfilling. Taking small steps toward a healthy goal is more fulfilling than a grand plan. God does want us to change our lives, but not to the point that we stress out. In making life changes remember that the task should not put more stress on your life. Pastor Steven |
