Brothers and Sisters in the Christian Journey, you have been observing a “holy Lent”. Easter Sunday is quickly approaching. But I implore you to not rush to Easter this year without first going by the cross. In other words, worship with us on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday that we might remember Jesus’ sacrifice for us before we jump for joy at His resurrection. Certainly we owe Him that much!

- Remembers the Last Supper of Jesus with his disciples.
- Communion served around a table.
- An optional opportunity to have your feet washed as Jesus commanded.
- Good Friday, April 2, 7PM
- Dramatic reading of the crucifixion story.
- Extinguishing of candles in the Tenebre service tradition.
- Meaningful removal of the altarware and paraments in mourning.
- Community Easter Sunrise Service, Western Boulevard Presbyterian Church (Kaplan Dr.), April 4, 6:30AM
- Easter Worship Service, April 4, 11AM
- A party complete with decorations!
- Opportunity to bring “cut flowers” and place them in the Easter cross!
