Annual Conference Disaster Relief Cross

These images represent the Disaster Relief Cross designed by Pastor Donna for our NC UMC Annual Conference this month.

Bishop Hope Morgan Ward commissioned our pastor as part of her Arts Fellowship work with the Capital District and the Conference as she is the Capital District Artist in Residence. Salvaged items such as wood, glass, metal and other materials were collected from the damage from Hurricane Florence. Thank you to our Disaster Relief Team led by Cullen Whitley for his work in gathering many of the items used.
